    Hi everyone,

    Just hoping someone can point me in the direction of checklists to use when analyzing suburbs and properties for investing. For example, the property checklist might list "Must have capital growth of at least 10% for last 5 years" and property checklist might talk about proximity to schools, potential for devleopment, etc, as well as all of the numers and projections.

    I've seen some checklists online but they are $300+ – surely someone has a few spreadsheets they use when analyzing suburbs and properties for investment purposes?

    Well I have found a building inspection checklist which is very helpful for all Australian residents. It is not directly related to investment but indirectly it can help you in property investment. Here is that link http://www.inspectionangel.com.au/checklist
