I am interested in getting a ball park figure of yearly depreciation and special building writeoff to do some number crunching on the below spec.
SE QLD $350k 5 year old 3 bedroom brick 2 bath 1 car – unfurnished airconditioned in 1 living roomI have schedule for my old investment property but it was a $150k house (Ah the good old days)
Won't be much more than $2.5-$3k pa based on the 2.5% allowable deduction (you may get more via a Quantity Surveyor)
It has to be on the cost of the building five years ago. A quantity surveyor could estimate what this would be.
