I am at the stage ready to purchase a new PPOR, finance in check and all ready to go…my biggest issue will be keeping myself from getting too excited!!
Has anyone had any dealings with negotiating price with large builders who offer house and land packages? any tips or ideas?
I have done a quick search on the forums but didnt find anything specific to this topic so if there is feel free to direct me to the post
