I have one of Steve's Wrap Kits for sale. Steve stopped producing these sometime in 2006 (I think) and the version I have was purchased late 2006. It consists of a 358 page binder full of absolutely everything you need to know about operating a vendor finance property business. Hate to say some of the State legislation in relation to wrapping has changed a lot over the last few years and a lot of this information may now be inacurate or incorrect.
