Hi People a quick question regarding first home owners grant,
Here is the question
IF for example i purchased a block of land back in May this year…. and i plan to build on it next month and the contract with a builder is done next month , and i have not claimed any first home owners grant since buying the land em i eligibly for the $24,000 or no ?
I would advise you to give them a call and explain your situation 13 21 61. It's been quick to get through when I've called. Or send an email sro@sro.vic.gov.au.
