Hi there, could someone please fill me in on any regulations in WA in regard to dismissing an employee? I know the unfair dismissal law got taken out when liberal were in government, has labour changed the law back? If so what legal right does an employer ? ie does the employee have to get 3 written warnings before they can be sacked??
any advice would be great
