Hi to you all out there
i  am really a novice in regards to property determined to make my way forward to success.
my question is i have a lot already, and i know that the lot next to me is reserved by the local shire for unknown reasons.
when i last viewed the property i was told by the local real estate agent that i should try to get the lot next to it.

    the underlying questions are
1} how do i do that !! what are the names of the proccedures to get this done….
2} seen as i know how much the local council claims the property is worth ( on the rates notice) do i offer this amount? or do i offer current market value?, which one will offer the best result for some forum contributors.

the current value on the rates notice is about %25 of the current maket value, so you know what i getting at …. :O)

    any advice would be brilliant,
looking forward to have more information to offer the fourm as i progress in the property market!

    have a goodie!
