I have the unfortunate knowledge of a really nasty property manager who is responsible for a large Bowral portfolio of unsuspecting landlords valuable properties. She refers to tenants as "parasites" and has no qualms inventing whatever she lacks to cover her tracks. The principal of the business chooses to turn a blind eye to the numerous complaints. How she continues in business is purely linked to her bullish self absorbed manner. A note to all investors – if you're not comfortable with your property manager just imagine what she is doing to your tenants!!!!! Is your property vacant in such a tight market? Ask yourself is your property manager doing you a service or huge injustice?
