I am about to finish reading $1,000,000 in property in one year, and am feeling very enthused about property investing. I literally have nil and i mean nil experience or knowledge about the property industry bar reading this book.

In the book it does stress action and implementation, so i am keen to follow the sutras and get into it (and i do have enough capital) but i still feel i lack the experience to begin investing in property.

I am thinking that i should read more (i plan to read 0 to 130 and then 0 to 260+) after $1mill in one year then attend some seminars, then meet with RAMs, after that practice crunching the numbers on properties then focus on looking at an area.

Am i ready yet? Am i right in thinking i need more knowledge? Are there any keen property mentors out there that are willing to take me under their wing?

    Appreciate any feedback,

    Jeff
