    What are the options if you have no money for deposit and want to get into property market?

    Whta have some people done in this situation

    What about 100% financing from a lender or wrapping and  vendors finance?

    It is just a history for 100% finance…. probably you will find it in the next edition of microeconomics text book for high school and uni students.
    And non-bank lender providing 100% finance… you can visit them in their graveyard… It is just the dream… which has came through.

    Believe it or not 100% Loans are still just around but you would want to be a good client to be accepted.

    As GOM has mentioned many of these non bank lenders are no longer with us..
