    Hi there,

Back in 2001, I have sign up a home loan with my parents together, so they can get finace to buy a home. I am planning to buy a home for myself in next year two. If I transfer the entitlement of property back to my parents again(That home suppose for them only, however they can not get a loan that time, unless I put my name on it, so the entitlement is 50/50 interest b/w my parents and myself). Do I still eligible for 1st home grant?

    Many thanks

    Hi there

I am assuming that you also had your name on the Title of the property (especially when you mention about Transferring your entitlement back to them) and if this is the case unfortunately the answer is NO.
