    Hi Guys,

    I wanted to get your thoughts on how much rear access to a property is worth?  I am looking at two properties, one with, and one ithout rear access.  I know it is just a small driveway but how much would this add to the value of a property?

    The area is an inner city suburb, less than 10km out an in the ballpark of $500,000

    if near a boat ramp it can add quite a bit, otherwise I would guess it adds about 5%
