Hi guys,
I am currently living with my parents in a 650 square meter property… i am looking at the option of sub dividing 220 square meters of the land (which is currently the backyard) and buying it from my parents and building on it under my own name… this will be enough for a small single storey 2 bedroom flat.
I was just wondering whether anyone has any idea about the cost involved in sub dividing and change of title along with other fees to consider in this kind of scenerio… i am not sure whether it worth the investment so any help would be great..
