    Can anybody recommend a good property manager in Townsville – this is for a 4 bedroom house in Kelso. Thanks!

    Hey Erik,

    Im not sure of a good property manager yet, but I would stay away from Ferry.

    They have caused me a lot of problems. Beware!

    Try Live-n-invest real estate, they were pretty good. 07 4773 1006. They managed and sold my property for me.

    Thanks for the tips… In the meantime I've engaged REMAX so let's hope that works out ok.
