All Topics / General Property / Average Sale Price by Suburb
G’Day,
Don’t know why all reports I’ve come across use median as the measurement. Anyone know a website that provides that info in averages?
I know you can buy a report from homepriceguide with details of every single sale but then you have to compute it yourself anyway…
If anyone has any experience and would like to share that’d be great
Cheers,

It's not a web site but Australian Property Investor magazine has the information you need (in each issue).
Cheers, Paul

is there any way of getting this info online? thanks.
I can get you suburb by suburb averages for Sydney. But I think you're in Melbourne? There you're battling a tight and mean state gov't, so no, you can't get this info for free (unless you know somebody from Land Vic, for example… )
