I might have worded my other email wrong.I am looking and wanting to provide a research property service for clients where I complete all research,phoning,faxingall manner of client services to leave the time poor money rich client with the only task of providing me with their details of specific property and final sign off on deal.I love reasearch have a abundance of time on my hands and want to provide this ervice who/where how do I provide this for a fee of course???

You need to hold the appropriate license required in the State where you intend to operate.

In most cases that will be either a buyers agent licence or a full Real Estate Agent licence.
