We have a really beautiful executive style home in Baldivis in Perths south. However we are having such a hard time with local property managers who get a tenant (luckily at least they pay the rent) but the inspections are not being followed up on when there are problems one had an outstanding water bill of $600 which stayed outstanding for 3 months until they left and it came out of the bond leaving hardly any money for the significant damage and mess that they and their 5 children left behind. We have made the realty pay for some of the repairs that they did not follow up on but it has been such a headache that has spanned the last 3 months. Nothing gets done unless I notice it hasn't been then I have to harrass them to get it done.
I am looking for a decent property manager who specialises rather than being an add on to their sales business.
Can anyone help
I've been using Wentworth, haven't had any probs. They have noted and organised repairs etc, pay the relevant bills.
