Hello everyone,
I have a question in regards to who is responsible for the water charges (ie consumption and disposal costs) for an IP. The property is in Victoria ( i understand it varied from state to state).
Any response would be appreciated.

In Vic – the tenant pays the water usage only – the water company will send them a separate bill for it. You pay the service fee and any other annual service fee.
