Does anybody have a reliable IP minded solicitor in Brisbane that has had experience in putting together contracts for the above? I have a property on the Southside which is underperforming, due to the location, compared to the rest of portfolio and i need to find a way to increase the return and/or sale price or risk being out of pocket. Any help is much appreciated.
