If you think your a successful property investor then get a load of this couple and wonder in amazement

Hi all,
I recently saw a program on Foxtel about the richest women in the UK and one of the women profiled was Judith Wilson. Apparently Judith and her husband Fergus have built a property portfolio worth 240 milliion pounds in 15 years ( 707 residential properties). They now increase their wealth by 28000 pounds a day.

They were both maths teachers and gave up their jobs after about 6 years to be full time investors. I’m absolutely gobsmacked.

How on earth do two maths teachers from modest backgrounds start with nothing more than the average family home and end up with a fortune like that? Obviously they are using equity gained to leverage into more property but geeze they must have a HUGE loan and be living off the equity.
