    Hello all here's my 2cents worth.

    Commercial:

    Look of "gentrification" within 5km of any major CBD and see what is happening to the strip shopping.

    EG: Drummoyne in Sydney is a perfect example of what is changing in the strip shopping centre … then go and buy the smallest, worst shop and renovate it !!
