I'm looking for a site that could give some idea of Rental Vacancy's Across Australia, if not does anyone have any idea for about the demand for rental Property in the Cairns.

SandyHI – Australian Property Magazine have just started publishing vacancy rate tables in the last two moths I think) – so you can compare vacancy 12 mths ago to vacancy now.
Started lookin at all these websites, will get out and buy Aust. Property Mag Tomorrow.

Thankswe are looking to purchase homes in and around the Dysart , QLD area, with the intention of having these properties as purely rental investments . Would appreciate from those out there who know……..would this be a wise decision?
