Hi there!
I have a couple wanting to buy a house from me, but they have no deposit. I am prepared to lend them up to 20% on a 2nd mortgage carry-back (fully disclosed on the contract)
Who is knowledgeable enough to find these people a lender who is happy with that? Property postcode is 4341. House will easily val at sale price, since we dropped it quite a bit and it's the best value in it's area for its type.
