Hi All,
This is my first post and I'm really excited. I'm looking to purchase my first property. 2 bedroom in Docklands, one to rent out, one to live in. I'm looking at the developments on New Quay area..and also the Mirvac developments on Lorimer St.
What do you guys think of Docklands ? Oversupply ? Non-scarcity ? No capital growth ? However, the units that I'm looking at have great water views.Your 2 cents would be very very much appreciated !
