This month's meeting is sure to be of interest to many of you as the topic is RENOVATION! Some people renovate to sell on for a profit, whilst others do it to increase the rent and maybe even create a positive cash flow position. Others find they "adopt" a reno when developing, like we do. Whatever your strategy, renovating is something that you will never completely master as there are always better and more profitable ways to renovate, in any market!
This month we have several members presenting, to share with you their skills and knowledge on this subject, and passing on many great tips regarding getting better results – and more money in your pocket – I doubt there is anyone who couldn't do with that?
We will even compile a list of great places where you can purchase bargains for supplies needed to carry out your renovation. This information should cover your entry fee many times over alone.
