Globalization generates certain types of opportunities and only those people who have the necessary skills, education and most important of it all, the right attitude to succeed only can take advantage of the newer opportunities.  The phenomenal rate of urbanization in Kochi is literally unprecedented, when considering the total built up space being sold out to customers each year.

Urbanization in Kochi underwent a major shift ever since the ports and other infrastructures came to be developed.  The real estate developments in Kochi town during the colonial era included construction of buildings, transportation facilities and property development in the urban areas.

Kochi, the commercial capital is home to major businesses in Kerala.  One implication of this development over the years was the concentration of infrastructure, facilities and social services in the major urban centres and in other centres with high concentration of government and business people.  The consequences of such a movement was increased rural-urban migration and over utilization of the services in the deprived areas of the cities, thus creating a demand for more living spaces and other amenities.

The business outlook of a vast majority of the population is one of the reasons for the phenomenal growth of Real Estate Kochi .  This city has won the trust of the major brands and businesses at both the national and international levels.  Cost of land has literally doubled and even trebled in some busy locations within such a period of time. Owners of land in the urban areas now possess land worth its weight literally in gold.
