I have a slight problem, I bought 232 acres, 10kms from Cooma with 3 zonings (rural, small holdings & ecotourism). Now with all the interest rate risers I am having a few minor problems. The council wants environmental reports as well as a lot of paperwork plus my neighbours are slightly green! Has anyone got any ideas of what I could do with the property to turn this situation around from a negative to a positive?

I am unsure as to the number of titles on the property but have you thought of subdividing and then selling the land out on Vendor terms.
I have a couple of smaller land projects up in Western Qld which i have sold on Installment terms and they are working well.
