Thought some folks might be interested in this information kindly displayed by a Victorian newspaper, Heraldsun.
Always keep in mind, how important an individual property investor's due diligence is, everyone approaches investing with their own unique needs, wants and circumstances, what is a good deal to one, may not be to another…this is just a little more info to go into the cake recipe
It is the median house prices, 1997 to 2008, from "A Guide to Property Values 2007" which are property values by the Victorian Valuer General.
