    I have access to a line of credit of $480,000 that allows me to capitalize on its interest.

    I would like to buy another property or several properties with this without having to salary sacrifice any money.
    How would you invest if you were in my situation? 
    I have no spare money to fund anymore negatively geared properties.
    I want to stay away from commercial properties.
