    Hi, hoping for ideas..

I have just read your book on how to grow a multi-million property portfolio.

First, about me, i'm 33 and a little bit of a late starter due to living overseas for a number of years. I purchased an owner occ last year and have just turned it into an investment property (and am now renting myself). I purchased in Rozelle (inner west Sydney) and believe this is and will be a great area. I purchased at 94% LVR and am probably at 86% right now

I am purchasing for Capital Growth investment.

    1) How does someone in my position with limited equity in their current investment property acquire another??? I don't want to wait 5 years for my equity to increase to buy another one then!! I am young and have the courage to build my portfolio! I do have about $30k in savings and since i work with loans I know I can borrow around another $220k.

    2) $220k is not going to get me a property in the inner west in Sydney, and the book says to become an expert in your area! So shall i look at other capital cities or I do I look a little outside the inner west?

Any feedback would be really appreciated.

    Regards

    CSL
