We have a house we just renovated (read: "nothing for the investor to spend")
We need to get our cash back out to renovate the next house, so we are selling it under retail. (retail is 250k, we will let it go for 226k) I am prepared to vendor finance 10% deposit, you get the rest from your lender.
It's easy to rent because it is close to shops, schools, sports facilities, and only 1 hour to Brisbane. Hi-set, three bedroom, all new fences, large lockup shed (holds 2-3 cars)
