New to property investing and looking for a decent accountant and solictor located in the Sydney CBD. I know there are hundreds around but am looking for some recommendations to help speed up (and help start) the selection process.
I know the basics but am looking for someone that can help advise on structures (hope to do some JV's with friends as well as further solo investments), benefits of diminishing vs prime costs depreciation etc.
Any help would be appreciated.
