    Hi again all i would just like to say thanks again to all that have helped me in the past.

    I have recently been given some land and i wish to build since the land was free the will be a cashflow postive investment!
    The site is within 500 metres of a hospital so tenants will be easy.

    Anyway the reason i create this forum topic is to hear about other peoples experience with different builders, any input would be appreciated good and bad stories also some links or info on good designs would be good too.

    RVP what ideas do you have ?
    I cannot go into knocking builders to much as Im one..lol but you do need to be careful.
