Hi all.
I own a property which is located about 100m down a side st off Stafford Rd (a main rd in Brisbane). The street is approximately 600m from where construction is about to commence on "The airport Link" which is a project involving digging a tunnel for a toll road which will cut travel time to the airport by 15 minutes. Also being constructed near by is a project known as the northern busway, which is another tunnel just for buses aimed at cutting public transport time to the city by about 10 mins or so.
Now based on my limited knowledge I would assume the construction of the busway may help push up the value of my property, however the airport link (which will increase traffic on Stafford Rd) may push the value down.
Can anyone tell me if i am on the right track or give me there opinion on how they think these developments would influence the value of my property?
