    Hi Everyone,

    if anyone is interested in joining a group who access RP Data for all of NSW including "On the Market" info, please respond ASAP. There are 4 spots left at a reasonable price (approx $120 for 3 mths)

    Gary  I would be interested end of next month,  do you intend to continue with it longer?

    Out of interest what is the charge for Australia wide access do they do a discount rate?

    The subscription I belong to has been going for at least 12 months now and is based on one of the members registering through his Company to get the rate. It is envisaged to continue on a quarterly basis as long as there is interest. This time around some members are pulling out so spots are available on a "first come" basis. Not sure how much national access would be but i suspect it would be significantly more.

    The membership gives you access to all actual sales data for NSW which can help determine real value of a property in an area of interest, plus "On the Market" data giving you the current asking price, how long a property has been on the market, plus asking price history of all registered houses for currently for sale.

    BuilderBob,

    subscription has access to aerial maps but not ownership database. It does give you info on the property such as dimensions ,general zoning and sale date

    Monty thanks for the offer but I was looking for more detail access as I do in QLD .
    I guess it would be much more costly for the info I require.
