    Hello All,

    Im in the process of buying land to develop in nth QLD (a house). Could someone please help, what should i be adding to the letter of offer?

    eg subject to acceptable soil test and finance 21 days. Anything else that I should be adding? Does anyone have any sample letters?

    Assuming the land is zoned appropriately and your builder has confirmed that the house you wish to construct will fit on the block i.e No building envelopes or unusual convenants on the land then the clauses you have mentioned should be fine.
