Bought 2 IPs 3 years ago and haven't been here since then…
Now a bit of cash sitting in my account and probably can withdraw a bit of equity from those 2 IPs,
I'm starting all the learning and researches once again…(forgot all in 3 years…)
I saw some retirement village units (1bed units) are returning well. (calculation includes management/strata)
Is there anything I should be aware of about this kind of inventing?
I thought probably I should not expect much of capital growth…
