Is anyone else on here investing in Cairns?
I've been looking at the Waterside Apartments "http://www.investmentmentor.com.au/userfiles/pdf/waterside.pdf"
Has anyone else looked at this? Any comments on it? Any better ideas?

go to real estate .com and chek out what else is available, as this name "waterside" is a bit missleading, being 3 km from the city,the price sounds a bit high as well.
