Hi
We are currently renting, very cheaply in a remote area and will be moving back to Perth in a couple of years. Our old PPOR is now an investment porperty. We also have another property in Whyalla SA. Both are mortgaged to the hilt as we have only just bought Whyalla and used all the equity from the PPOR.
Our question is, what is the best way to plan to buy another house when we move back to perth? We dont want to move back into our old PPOR. What sort of steps can we take now, to be set up in a couple of years?
