All Topics / Finance / Mortgage Broker – Information required
Hi guys!
I have an appointment on Monday with a Mortgage Broker to look at my Investment Property loan eligibility and was hoping to have all the information they may require from me together before the meeting. Could anyone advise what kind of documents/information they will ask for?
Thanks in advance!

Take last year's tax return, proof of employment (2 recent payslips), 100 points proof of identification (Drivers licence, credit card, medicare card, passport etc)
To add a few more maybe evidence of savings and proof of existing assets.
Just beware and ensure they are experienced in Trust & Investment structures as most have absolutely no idea.
Also beware of any suggested cross collateralisation of securities.

Have a look at this link
Check out investorfinance, they are a mortgage company whom are also investors.
And they are also franchised which means the information you get is as good as the individual who owns the franchise.
They are not Licensed to provide investment advice.
