    Hey all

    Hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend.

    I have a question about the RESULTS Program if anyone has done it – is the first 4 week course facilitated or is it a self-study module? Also, any feedback about the Program would be very much appreciated.

    The first four weeks are self-study rather than facilitated.
