Hi all, after our second IP falling through due to extreme termite damage we have found something else which is actually brand new, so need to worry about termites for the time being. We have one dilemma though, the property has a very good chance of becomming positively geared but only if we rent it out fully furnished!
What are your opinions on renting out places fully furnished?
It was just an idea we had to change it from negatively geared to positive but are unsure if it's worth the hassle you get when renting a place fully furnished.
Any advice greatly appreciated
