    Hi,
Can anyone give me a few clues on saving some money on a lease deal of a 140sq metre industral unit plus 120sq metres secure  covered work area located in Alstonville NSW 2477.  I have already asked for the rate for a 3 year with 3 year option.

Told it would be $260 per week with annual CPI. Outgoings only water/sewage. Seems good value at $52 a square p.a. I have leased a few offices before and asked for 3 months rent free period.

Is a rent free period also common for industrial units and has anyone any other thoughts or things I should know?

    Thanks.

Rent free is a common incentive however it would depend upon demand and vacancy rates at the time – last few industrial units that I have dealt with have been done without any incentives.
