    Hi guys,

    I'm looking at conducting a building inspection of a property in Ryde and also in Campbelltown and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good & reasonably priced building inspector?

    Also looking for a property manager in these regions.

    As I'm not living in Sydney I'm not sure who's good & who's not.

    Similarly, if you know a good & reasonably priced pest inspector that would also be great!

    I have known Andrew Gee at West Ryde for a number of years www.andrewgeerealestate.com.au

    He has been in the area for a long time and managed/sold some of ours over the years as well as carried out other duties when requested. This is a small family concern and they are very proactive.

    we use sonya passlow at professionals in campbelltown and highly recommend her.

    Building Inspector => John Worthington & Associates

    Very highly recommended.

    I highly recommend Michelle Galletti at Let's Rent in Balmain, http://www.letsrent.com.au. 9555 4886. They are based in the inner west, but do service Ryde area.

    Hi

    I've recently used Childs Property Services in Sydney for Building and Pest inspections – Cost is $475.

    What I especially like about their reports is that they include photos and provide less of the general property info that fills up other reports I've seen.

    Childs is great – if you want the best in the industry then consider Howard Ryan (he is a tad expensive though)!
