KayleneCorpred launches Australia’s first FREE online property depreciation estimate
Australian property investors will now have the ability to carry out a free online depreciation estimate with the launch of http://www.corpred.com.au, a property depreciation estimate calculator and depreciation schedule web site.
The free estimate makes it easier for investors to work out their deduction entitlements and ensure they get the maximum tax benefits owed to them.
Corpred, a wholly owned Australian company based in Sydney, specialises in the preparation of tax depreciation schedules Australia-wide. The depreciation estimate is particularly useful in that it allows investors to make critical decisions before they commit to investing in a property. The site is a cost-effective option in that it lets consumers “try before they buy”.
“We listened to our customers, who said they wanted to know what approximate depreciation they would receive before committing to a full schedule – and in response our free online Depreciation Estimate Calculator was born,”
The website calculates the likely depreciation available to an investor based on information they provide..Corpred’s quantity surveyors review the information, carry out individual searches and provide an estimate of the likely depreciation available for a property in its first full year of ownership. Essentially, it takes the guess work out of property feasibility and allows consumers to make informed decisions prior to purchasing a property or committing to obtaining a full Tax Depreciation Schedule.
Residential property buyers, sellers and investors will all benefit from having access to the Corpred website. “Once they have completed the online checklist regarding their investment property or the property they intend to purchase, they will receive a free depreciation estimate via SMS. There is no obligation to purchase a schedule, although Corpred can supply one if needed for just $275.
"We wanted to provide the public with the best possible tools to ensure they get their maximum tax benefits owed to them. Research shows that there are over 1 million investment properties in Australia, however many people have not claimed depreciation that is entitled to them because they are either ill-informed or are unaware of legitimate claims that their investment property is eligible for. With interest rates climbing and the cost of housing steadily increasing, it has never been more important to get the numbers right before committing to a property purchase.”
In addition to property depreciation estimates, Corpred also provides detailed property depreciation schedules on individual properties across all sectors including commercial and industrial properties.

[email protected]Nice one!
I tried this –
http://www.corpred.com.au/bronze/property/The estimate the number of floors is jammed with information of 0123456789111111. Is thier a way to fix this?
Hi Jaffasoft – we are working on this glitch. Save and continue later – when you come back in – make sure you have selected the age of the property first, if you have left this blank, it then locks.
Should have this fixed by COB tomorrow.
Cheers
