    Hi all
           I would like to own/buy a boarding house in the Parramatta council area,any comments on how difficult it may be to get this underway.
    The area i am looking at is zoned residential.
    I was wondering how difficult this process might be to begin and how to find out what is needed to make an existing home comply to any laws that may exist for this type of thing.
