We bought 2 x units for 200k each 2 years ago.
We bought our PPOR 7 years ago for 197k

    As at 1 March 2008,
Units valued by bank at 270k each
PPOR valued at 490k by bank
1 extra unit added at 280k by using equity in existing properties.

2 exist units are cashflow positive.
    PPOR is almost paid off.

And we did nothing spectacular.  Exept lots of due diligence and research when fist buying!

Get out there and do it!

Good work Peter. Imagine what you can do when the PPOR loan is paid off and you can divert those repayments into more investments.
