Have you ever engaged the services of a buyer's agent?
Would you consider this a worthwhile expense?
Many agents charge a 2% fee to find a suitable property, negotiate price and oversee the transaction; which is a tax deduction and can be incorporated into purchase finance.
I am aresidential sales agent at the moment and am contemplating a shift to buyers agent because my interests lie with investment properties.
I would appreciate any comments or feedback, especially if someone has used a buyers agent successfully or would love to hear from other agents.
