    does anyone have a graph of the following plotted over the last 40 years or so that they could post?
    – property growth
    – inflation
    – interest rate

    As a bonus if it had the following that would be nice
    – rental yield
    – unemployment
    – share market growth

    Hey mate, don't have any of those, however I know the RBA have historical interest rate data which would be easy to put into Excel and plot.
