Just seeing if anyone else is selling a property in the northern suburbs of perth at the mo? If so how are they finding it?
We are trying to sell our rental property at the moment in Merriwa and we seem to be having very little interest.

The property is priced at $339k and is returning $285p/w with a rental review coming up in September by where the rent will be increased to $320p/w. To me this seems quite an attractive property – though with the market the way it is it looks like buyers think otherwise.
With todays interest rate rise we are contimplating dropping the price as this will probably result in more properties up for sale….
